BAY MODULAR

Mission

We’re on a mission to simplify construction projects for the average homeowner to the experienced property developer. Our goal is to make it easy to place a prefab ADU in any backyard in the country or build custom, yet affordable modular buildings.

Benefits

We started Bay Modular to create a cost-effective, reliable construction solution for homeowners and property owners. Our process incorporates elements of conventional construction and offsite prefabrication to create modular components that are built on-time, on-budget, and compliant with local permitting.

01. AFFORDABLE

Good architecture is affordable, but value means more than cheap. We consider every detail from the engineering of our structures to the materials we select — to create affordability through scale.

02. RELIABLE

Reliability is the primary cause for failed projects. Our construction process starts offsite, saving time and money for every unit we build. Our pre-approved designs allow us to adhere to a plan that standardizes our approach to completion.

03. TURNKEY

Working with one team from start to finish helps us deliver our best product and keeps us accountable — it starts at the factory floor and ends the moment we hand you the keys.

04. COMPLIANT

We work with in-house AEC to pre-approve our units before we take our plans to local agency to request permits. We are working with urban planning groups to standardize our approach to make more units faster.
